Novera Partners was founded by Daniel Diamond with one simple notion: put the candidate or client first, always.
Having spent years working within larger recruitment businesses, we saw first-hand what great recruitment can achieve. We also recognised where the industry too often falls short - prioritising volume over quality, speed over understanding, and transactions over long-term relationships.
We believed there was a better way.
